Leadership crisis & moving forward

If I told you that there was a way for you to resolve more of your business issues more quickly at the same time as you groomed your staff to make better decisions, work more efficiently together, align the components of your business for maximum profit, and boost morale, would you think I was crazy?

Would you think I was selling snake oil?

Well, what if you got the stakeholders in your business to get together (in the same room) periodically, bring up business issues, TALK to each other, and brainstorm solutions to those issues. Don't you think that would start getting things aligned? Wouldn't that create an atmosphere of cooperation? How do you think that would effect your business?

I call this a Solutions Task Force. It is NOT a committee. It is NOT "another useless meeting". It fosters communication, gets everyone on the same page & working together. It fosters ownership in solutions because it obtains buy-in.

I like this task force idea. All too often organizations fail to address that they have to have people engaged and willing to take on the difficult issues that are holding a company back. A task force is an excellent idea!
